By completing the sign-up process, you hereby agree to all the following terms of service for GLPBUCKS (GLPBUCKS.com). Make sure you read the following closely, for it sets the rights and obligations of you, as a GLPBUCKS member, and the services that are provided by GLPBUCKS. If you do not agree with the following statements, you do not have to sign up for the services of GLPBUCKS.

GLPBUCKS is a website that pays members to complete offers. We have the right to use cookies and hold member information in our database. This information will ONLY be used to make sure that we can provide both the appropriate a) payments and b) statistics of members. 
The Services of GLPBUCKS are provided to you (from this point on referred to as "the member") under the agreement by you the member of the Terms of Service as well as any rules or policies posted and made by GLPBUCKS.

GLPBUCKS agrees to provide, but are not limited to : a) Offers to be completed, 2) Promotions and Contests, 3) Forums, 4) Support, 5) Entertainment for the member. Members must have a computer with internet connection in order to participate. 

GLPBUCKS may send email messages to users containing special offers, promotions, and information for the member. You will receive these if you opt in for e-mail notifications.

In agreement with GLPBUCKS Terms of Service, you are obligated to provide accurate and current member information. If you purposely put in the wrong information, we may suspend your account with all funds.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining and updating the user account password and information. The user is also responsible for actions that occur under the users account. 

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the user from GLPBUCKS shall create any warranty not expressly made herein. We do not guarantee, unless other wise said, that the services will meet the user's requirements, or that they will be timely, secure, or error free. The user understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the services are done at the user's own discretion and risk. GLPBUCKS is not responsible for the user's computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.

You as the member agree to hold GLPBUCKS, affiliates, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, such as loss of funds. GLPBUCKS reserves the right to both add, remove and change the Terms of Service with or without notice. We will try our best to make sure it is known.

GLPBUCKS holds the right to refuse payment to any user for any reason. All earnings (offer, referral, and bonus) are considered our property until payments have been both processed and sent. PayPal payments will only be sent to verified PayPal accounts. Payments that are returned to GLPBUCKS via PayPal because they were denied or refunded will not be reissued. Those earnings are forfeited by the member. If a user has multiple PayPal accounts, he/she will be removed from our system and will forfeit all earnings.

If a user earns at or above $600.00 during a year, that user must submit a W-9 tax form, provided by the IRS on their website. The tax form and government issued ID must be given to GLPBUCKS, either by mail or e-mail.

GLPBUCKS processes payments daily. Any member with a pending payment in their account in good standing will be paid. GLPBUCKS has no responsibility for any denied, or returned PayPal, email, or address payments.

Each household is allowed one (1) user to have an account on GLPBUCKS. If a user is found to have more than one (1) account for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your account immedietly, and you will lose all your current earnings. You are also not allowed to use proxies, bots, or to fraud GLPBUCKS in anyway. Using fraudulent information to complete offers or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in your account being deleted without notice and without pay. This includes, but is not limited to having duplicate accounts in one household, using fake information, doing the same offer more than once, using tricks in order to get your offers approved, 7immedietly canceling free trials, and/or using a proxy. GLPBUCKS reserves the right to place an account on hold for any reason deemed appropriate by the administration.

Each user signed up for GLPBUCKS is supplied with a referral link that can be distributed in any method you, the user, might wish. You, as the member cannot spam their referral link. If at any time, one of your referrals are caught cheating GLPBUCKS, or frauding GLPBUCKS in anyway, you will lose all the earnings you have earned from that specific referral.

Every time the user logs in, the user's IP address is logged and it must not match any other user's IP address. If any two or more users are found to be completing offers and/or participating in GLPBUCKS on the same IP address, those accounts and all other accounts on that IP address are subject to be placed on hold for an indefinite amount of time, or perhaps even deleted from our system with or without notice.

Children under 13 years of age must receive permission parental permission to participate in GLPBUCKS. If a user is under 13 years of age and no permission has been brought to the attention of GLPBUCKS, then that user forfeits all earnings and will have their account placed on hold indefinitely.

If fraud is suspected, you allow us to check with other site owners.

All games on GLPBUCKS are meant for entertainment purposes only.  Games are played for points only.  Points/Coins have no real value on GLPBUCKS.  In order to play any of the games, you must have a minimum balance of fifty (50) points in your user account.  Most states in the U.S.A. consider a game to be gambling when a user must purchase points to play.  At no time can points be purchased with cash on GLPBUCKS.  Additional points can only be gained by completing offers or by winning games and/or contests.  Useage of these games constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the rules listed on the game pages on this site.  (June 25, 2010 revision).

By registering for GLPBUCKS you as a member agree to all the Terms and Conditions listed above. You as a member of GLPBUCKS must take it upon yourself to check these Terms of Service as it may change without warning. Regardless of when registration was instated, you as a member/user must abide by the Terms of Service printed here at all times as well as our Privacy Policy as well as any other Terms or rules posted elsewhere that is viewable by a public community.
